Copyright Protection:

United States copyright laws, and international copyright agreements,  provide protection from published works being copied or reproduced for 70 years after the death of author (Nan Caldera) . If a work of corporate authorship (Just Nan, Inc.), 95 years from publication or 120 years from creation, whichever expires first. 

Copyrights remain in effect eventhough a design or pattern is no longer in print.  Reproducing out of print designs before the copyright period expires is a copyright violation.

Designs published by Just Nan between 1991 and 2000 were copyrighted in Nan Caldera's name.  Since 2000, designs have been copyrighted using our corporate entity Just Nan, Inc.  All designs were published in the year of copyright.

Copyrights apply to all forms of reproduction, paper or digital.  Any graph enlargement reproduction without our express written permission is a violation of our copyright.  If you require an enlargement of one of our designs, simply e-mail us at justnan@justnan.com or write us at the address shown on our Contact Us page.  Please include the following information:

• Design you want to enlarge
